As of Nov 30, 2025, Compass Physical Therapy will no longer be open at 915 NE 7th St. in Bend. It has been an absolute blessing to provide quality physical therapy to our wonderful community for the past 15 years. After much prayer and consideration, we feel it is time to close this location and see where the good Lord leads us next.
For now, Tom is continuing to see patients two mornings a week at Focus Physical Therapy’s clinic, 1001 SW Emkay Drive, Suite 100, on Bend’s westside. We will continue to accept Pacific Source Health Plans and self-pay patients as of Jan 6, 2026. All appointments, records and correspondence will continue through Compass Physical Therapy.

For records requests, please email the name, address and fax number of the recipient you would like records sent to and the reason (eg. to coordinate care, to settle my auto claim, etc).
